Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

Meatballs:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 eggs
2 scoops unflavored collagen (favorite brand is Orgain)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp EACH onion powder, garlic powder, and cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp pepper

Sauce:
3 c beef stock
4 TBS butter
1-2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2-1 c sour cream
1/2-1 c heavy cream
1 oz cream cheese

Method:
Mix all ingredients together for the meatballs, shape into balls and place on 2 lined pans. Broil for 5-8 minutes, flip, broil another 5-8 minutes, until tops are browned.
Add beef stock and butter to a pan over high heat an reduce liquid by half. Turn the heat down to medium and add the rest of the ingredients. Heat until desired thickness is achieved, then add in the meatballs.
